CENTCOM Completes Seventh Straight Night of Military Strikes Against Iran
U.S. Central Command announced the completion of its seventh consecutive night of military operations against Iran, targeting surveillance systems, military logistics infrastructure, underground weapons storage facilities, and maritime capabilities. The campaign was carried out under the direction of President Donald Trump as U.S. forces continue enforcing a naval blockade against Iranian ports.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that American forces completed their seventh consecutive night of military strikes against Iran on July 17 at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
According to CENTCOM, the latest operation targeted Iranian surveillance sites, military logistics infrastructure, underground weapons storage facilities, and maritime capabilities. The strikes involved fighter aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, warships, and other military assets.
Pressure Campaign Continues
CENTCOM said the operations are being carried out under the direction of President Donald Trump as part of the ongoing effort to hold Iran accountable. The command also stated that U.S. forces are continuing to fully enforce a naval blockade against Iranian ports.

More than 50,000 American service members remain deployed across the Middle East. CENTCOM said U.S. forces remain vigilant, fully prepared, and ready to respond to any threats throughout the region.
