IDF Eliminates Two Hamas Nukhba Commanders in Northern Gaza Strike
The IDF announced that two Hamas Nukhba commanders were eliminated in a precise airstrike in northern Gaza after they were identified as posing an immediate threat to Israeli forces and were involved in planning terror attacks against Israeli civilians and troops.
The Israel Defense Forces announced that it eliminated two Hamas Nukhba commanders in a precise airstrike in the northern Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
According to the IDF, the operation targeted terrorists who posed an immediate threat to Israeli forces operating in the area.
Senior Hamas Operatives Eliminated
Among those killed was Ali Shamlakh, the deputy commander of a Hamas Nukhba company. The IDF said Shamlakh played a key role in preparing Hamas terrorists for attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF personnel by training operatives and advancing terror plans.
The strike also eliminated Nasser Louh, who headed a Nukhba cell within Hamas' Sabra Battalion.
IDF Continues Security Operations
The military said the terrorists were eliminated in a precise aerial strike after being identified as an immediate operational threat.
IDF troops operating under the Southern Command remain deployed in the Gaza Strip in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue taking action against any immediate threats to Israeli forces and Israel's security.
