Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared that Iran is currently facing what he described as a "full-scale war" with the United States, according to Iranian media reports.

Speaking during a meeting of Iran's Supreme Judicial Council in Tehran on Sunday, Pezeshkian said the current confrontation is not limited to missile exchanges, suggesting the conflict spans multiple fronts beyond conventional military operations.

"The reality is that Iran is engaged in a full-scale war. This war is not being fought only with missiles," Pezeshkian said.

Call for National Unity

The Iranian president pledged that his government would continue resisting what he described as threats against the country's national interests.

He also urged Iranians to remain united, saying solidarity and national cohesion are essential as the Islamic Republic confronts growing pressure.

The remarks come amid continued tensions between Iran and the United States, with regional security concerns remaining elevated.
