President Donald Trump has reportedly increased pressure on Tehran as the deadline for ongoing negotiations draws closer.

According to a report by Al Arabiya, Trump has informed mediators that the current round of talks will not continue beyond the 60-day timeframe he previously set. The report says Washington is expecting a response from the Iranian regime in the near future.

Al Arabiya also reported that progress has been made regarding discussions over Iran’s blocked assets. However, significant disagreements reportedly remain over the amount of money that could be released and the timing of any potential transfer.

Key Issues Still Unresolved

While negotiators have reportedly narrowed gaps on certain financial matters, major differences continue to separate the parties. The dispute over frozen Iranian funds remains one of the central issues in the talks, with no final agreement yet reached.

The developments come as the United States continues efforts to address concerns surrounding Iran’s nuclear ambitions and its support for terror proxies across the Middle East, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and other Iran-backed terror networks.

Netanyahu: No Agreement on the Table

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu indicated that no agreement is currently ready for approval.

“At the moment, there is no agreement, which is why I am not bringing it for a decision. Hezbollah opposed it. If they agree, I will bring it for your approval,” Netanyahu said.

The Prime Minister's comments suggest that discussions connected to regional security issues remain unresolved, with opposition from Hezbollah continuing to be a significant factor.

As the deadline approaches, attention is focused on whether Tehran will provide a response before the negotiation window closes and whether the remaining disputes can be resolved in time.
