First Kindergarten Building Placed in Reestablished Sa-Nur 21 Years After the Disengagement
History is being made in Sa-Nur. Twenty-one years after the disengagement, the first kindergarten building has been installed in the renewed community in northern Samaria. Residents, families, and excited children gathered to witness another milestone in the rebuilding of the community. Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan, who has returned to live in Sa-Nur himself, joined residents in helping place the new structure. He recited the Shehecheyanu blessing and told the children, "You are making history. The people of Israel are winning here. There will soon be many more kindergartens across northern Samaria." The new kindergarten is another sign of the community's renewal and Israel's continued commitment to strengthening Jewish life in Judea and Samaria.
