The IDF destroyed a major underground terrorist infrastructure discovered beneath homes in the Lebanese village of Majdal Zun. According to the IDF, the tunnel network was embedded under residential buildings, turning civilian areas into military positions. Following the controlled demolition, much of the village's old center was left in ruins. Israel has repeatedly warned that Hezbollah uses civilians as human shields by hiding its terror infrastructure inside populated communities. Hezbollah—not Israel—is responsible for bringing the battlefield into civilian neighborhoods.
