IDF Eliminates Two Hamas Terrorists Who Advanced Attacks Against Israeli Forces in Northern Gaza

IDF forces eliminated two Hamas terrorists responsible for planning attacks against Israeli troops in northern Gaza. Ahmed Munir Khalil Zaza, Hamas' engineering chief for the Western Jabalia Battalion, oversaw weapons production, explosive devices, and booby-trapped buildings. The IDF says he recently attempted to plant explosives near the Yellow Line to target Israeli forces. In a separate strike, the IDF eliminated Hussein Safadi, commander of Hamas' sniper unit in Gaza City. According to the military, Safadi directed sniper attacks throughout the war and continued violating the ceasefire by training additional terrorists and planning new attacks against IDF soldiers. The IDF says Southern Command forces remain deployed and will continue taking action against any immediate terrorist threat to protect Israeli troops.
