Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Channel 14 that the Lebanese government is sending a clear message to Iran and Hezbollah: get out.
“The Lebanese government is telling Iran and Hezbollah for the first time — get out of here,” Netanyahu said.
The comment comes as Israel continues to focus on removing the Hezbollah terrorist threat from its northern border and pushing back against Iran’s terror network across the region.
For years, Hezbollah has operated inside Lebanon as an Iranian proxy, dragging the Lebanese people into conflict while threatening Israeli civilians.
