In addition to Ghalibaf and Araghchi, the Iranian delegation includes Central Bank Governor Abdolnaser Hemmati and Ali Bagheri Kani, who serves as deputy for international affairs at the Secretariat of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
Also accompanying the delegation are Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei, and Deputy Oil Minister Hamid Boord.
